It's getting really bothersome to me the more I see the corporation value dollars over animal care. We're owned by a veterinary based corporation for God's sake, but I guess no field is truly immune to corporate level greed.

That's literally our biggest employee issue is that their training is all rushed and half-assed, which leads to dogs getting hurt, improperly cared for etc. You'd think they'd actually support us trying to fix this dumpster fire....

How on earth are we supposed to be prepared to be at nearly 100% capacity and still give great service to our guests & clients, without devoting some fucking time to properly training people?

Hate when owners don't take humping seriously. It may just be your dog being goofy and overstimulated, but it's a behavior that can get them seriously hurt if done to the wrong dog. So glad nothing really bad happened to either of you 💖
