The enduring gift of our unencumbered education is that once a concept has been learned no system or person can strip it from us. Hold close our books, our wisdom, our unvarnished histories and understanding of democracy. Be intentional in sharing those concepts in our words and actions daily.

Just started a 2025 Democracy Diet
1. Decommissioning my personal FB, IG & Threads accts (ditched X long ago)
2. Using Amazon solely for searches & then, whenever possible, purchasing from another vendor.
3. Giving up Whole Foods (I will miss those green chili empanadas!).
Any other suggestions?
