A 4.48-mile hike tonight on La Luz Trail in the Sandia Mountains of New Mexico. I went to ER again when a friend fell and hit her head. Maybe we need helmets and giant inflatable bubbles so we can just roll down the trails without getting hurt.

I hiked La Luz Trail with friends planning a celebrate my birthday, but slipped and rolled down a steep incline and over a cactus. I hiked out and drove myself to ER to get checked out. I need Xrays on a wrist and I have cactus spines everywhere.
