so i left these to freeze because chocolate on top was too soft

ended up working out as a desert- the caramel+chocolate went ice cream-like… it’s fucking gorgeous. has such a nice blend of crunchy shortbread and then a gooey chewy chocolatey caramel in the middle and a very classic desert topping

been trying to work a bit smarter on my back rather than just pulling the weight around, so been squeezing my back on rows + lat pulldowns and focusing on controlling the negative a lot and i felt so much more activation despite doing way less!

workout from yesterday, been trying to get back into doing regular cardio to get leaner over the next month.
picked running back up, with goals of getting back to 5k under 30 pace again, and do my first 10k >.<

instead of meal prepping (which can get very boring eating the same meal over and over, along with taking a while to prep)
try ingredient prepping, this way you can cook what you need one ingredient at a time, in 4-5 portions and mix and match for different meals as youd like. i’d highly recommend

been eating less after gaining last week and focusing more on cardio, getting back into running so i’ve been fatigued, was hoping to get a 10k kg total on legs today but leg press felt so heavy 🙇‍♀️
it’s also been 1 month of going to the gym with 23 total workouts 🎊🥳🥳

struggling with eating good the last couple days, went to binging really bad T_T diet fatigue fucked me up

slow steady progress, am happy if i can make like a 1rm increase on an exercise but honestly just happy with consistency.
am on a cut right now so ive had high fatigue which makes it really hard to push myself
