And I may be heavily biased, but I highly recommend Jojo's bizarre adventure. It's long, and it gets very over the top a lot of times, but it's such a fun read.

I think you'd enjoy 20th Century Boys, Monster, and Death Note for thrillers. You can never go wrong with Junji Ito for horror. For fantasy, I LOVE That time I got reincarnated as a slime.
