Just watched the puff documentary and so so so many failures, enablers and a truly dog fuck of a person puffy is. Just so many enraging topics from 2pac & Big, actions at Bad Boy & that cluster fuck case, it is all disgusting. The documentary was done very well despite noise around it

Football match all done, Ipswich got a lot of decisions their way and should have had 2 red cards but football and bad ref for you! Tomorrow will be back at a WSL game having done mostly WSL2 this season. Will be interesting to see what Tottenham are like now this season

Colour grading is my favourite part of post processing an image seeing it go from good to great with some intention changes always makes me happy although it can take a few hours 😅 thank goodness I also have colorhunt.co for additional inspiration 🙌🏾

I’ve been full of headaches today and not feeling my best but it will be ok tomorrow is a new day and I’ll be out shooting in a gym, testing a new location and ideas for 2026. It will be ok

I will add - from personal experience - diarrhoea and fatigue.
