The SCOTUS already threw away the Constitution when they ruled in favor of allowing an insurrectionist on the ballot. I don’t know why they’d have more regard for the 22nd Amendment than the 14th.

I don’t see any conflict in having a sitting president sitting in prison. We willfully elected a convicted felon awaiting a likely prison sentence, so having a president behind bars is rather what we asked for, isn’t it?
