What’s stupid is that he put himself and his pride above the well-being of the people he was sworn to protect - and the people around him allowed him to do so. He was obviously too infirm - and he knew it - or should have.

Biden should have declined to run after the mid terms. I’m not sure Israel is as easy of a play - electorally I don’t think there was a clear winning play. All stances were bad for the Democrats in an election - just in different ways.

I’m a lawyer with a PhD in American History - what academics and a lot of lawyers just don’t get is that “originalist” legal scholars and Judges ALWAYS operate in bad faith. They start at the conclusion they want and justify backwards. If you doubt this you are either naive or a fool.

She’s got a lot more courage that 99% of the people in media and politics right now. A dude just flipped a Nazi salute at the inauguration and the media is either trying to pretend it didn’t happen or just lie about what we all saw. At least this lady is standing up.

Americans are a cruel and petty people - they voted for trump not out of economic anxiety but out of dislike of equality for women and minorities and their comparative success in modern society.
