IKEA started selling these new energy-monitoring smart plugs (INSPELNING) for about $12. They're just Zigbee devices so you can add them to Home Assistant and start logging stats.
I hooked one up to my dishwasher and another one to a mini fridge. Pretty cool to see their run cycles.

Bluesky’s Discover tab is mostly showing me a lot of random nonsense, which is kind of fun in its own right.
Mastodon… continues to exist.
