This site lets you see what metro lines would look like if they were built somewhere else. If Norwich had the Tube, the Metropolitan line would terminate almost exactly in my village. That'd be handy. wbholland.github.io/trainspose/

The Ashes. Weird innit.
I've never really got international cricket. So you've, what, 6-8 good teams, 5ish decent ones and the rest in football equivalents are basically Luxembourg?
So the 6 good teams just play each other in the same fixtures every year?
I wonder if fans care about the limits.

#safc draw a bad ref again. Hume literally headbutted by the Liverpool defender and.... Nothing.

Not news to many on BS I imagine but nonetheless interesting to see the bbc actually paying attention to this. If even such a conservative bastion is talking about it....
'Carspreading’ is on the rise - not everyone is happy
In the UK and across Europe, cars are becoming longer, wider and heavier.

Suzuki Splash - a few years. Partner needed a car for work.
Citroën C5- since youngest born. horrd. hate it. Can't wait to get rid. But multi kids in car seats need summit unpleasantly large

So #safc got to be first on MOTD tonight surely.
But Bournemouth. Man. The ref gave them so much leeway. Should have had more then one off....
November 29, 2025 at 5:08 PM
So #safc.... Giving away a pen should have meant a yellow card (thus red) for that Bournemouth guy yeah?

Good article. Interesting to see actual numbers put on the drift I notice playing around with AI.
Why I'm Betting Against AI Agents in 2025 (Despite Building Them)
I've built 12+ AI agent systems across development, DevOps, and data operations. Here's why the current hype around autonomous agents is mathematically impossible and what actually works in production...

What on earth are they learning....

I got to go all car brain here but.... How very annoying. A line of 20 vehicular cyclists trundling down the road holding up the bus... And in a place where there's a perfectly fine and lengthy stretch of actual B-grade raised cycle lane right next to them...

There's a neighbouring house where the old couple died and has recently been sold...
Today a portapotty was delivered.....
They're going to destroy the garden aren't they. Another one down.

A bridge here would be nice. But it needs to be a rail and foot/cycle bridge.

OK. #SAFC. Let's make #MrBrobbey a thing.
Shame about Le Fees mistake and their moment of brilliance as really we should have beat Arsenal. This team is fantastic.

Do #Ballard eh?... Do we have the anti - Dion Dublin here?
Ballard seems to have the makings of a great striker.

It's curious to see on Bonfire Night.
Most estates - people trecking to the free town centre display and home by 8.
The council estate - one epic display per 6 houses.
There's a study in this. So counter intuitive

Interesting on a national scale, but I really do have to question how the census draws borders.
My street falls into the 4000/34,000 most deprived in the country.... When....Its pretty alright I reckon.
But its in a census area shaped like a 3, the next street over... 20,000/34,000. Gerrymander ho!
How deprived is your area? Look up your postcode as new data for England released
New data ranks every area of England against a set of metrics for deprivation. Find out where yours figures in the statistics

Crazy #safc.
First 10 minutes looked in a different league to Everton.
Next 15...they still did. Differently.

Why does nobody say "lucka" anymore.
I used to use it all the time. But now I struggle to think of where it would be useful.
The decline of language saddens me.
