Three weeks of sailing. Best vacation ever. First time sailing the Waddenzee, it was amazing. We were so lucky with the weather too.

Last weekend was the very first time that we participated in a club event: "Ascension Weekend Tour" with the Dehler Club. It was super fun, visiting Volendam, Hoorn and Enkhuizen with a group of 20 boats.

At anchor at the Marker Wadden, a man-made nature reserve for water birds and small animals. What a lovely weekend.

This thing is great! It's a bit tricky getting on and off of it, but it sure beats trying to do polishing and kit work on a ladder. Just a few more weeks until our yellow tub is back in the water!

I can only hope the weather gods will be favorable, the sailing season 2025 is going to be epic!
