The owners of Kami Ramen opened a Poke bowl cafe called Sakana!
It’s unbelievably cute, has two floors. Upstairs has two meeting rooms and a water station.
Their mochas are made with a home-made sauce, they have free WiFi, and the food is great.
Cannot express how excited I am for this place.

A Yunnan snub-nosed monkey A poster for the movie Nosferatu, which mentions its Academy Award nomination for Best Cinematography. And it absolutely should have won. I am furious and shocked it lost. Like big deal, The Brutalist looks nice. Ooooo a wide shot, wow. Nosferatu’s cinematography was next level and absolutely snubbed. Maybe the academy just didn’t notice with its head so far up its ass.

Juneau! I will be down running around all silly-like in your neck of the woods from Feb 5th-7th, for the current legislative session.
We're also holding a film meet up on Feb 6th. Hope to see some known faces and meet new faces there!

Me in a sweater. It’s black and white with vertical stripes. No one knows if it’s black with white stripes or white with black stripes, but most just accept that we’ll never know. There are black-outlined, white cats that are kind of pixilated looking, because the fabric used is so thick. It may be the perfect sweater.

The Anchorage International Film Festival kicked off today! Started at Beartooth with a gala and screening of the film Bob Trevino Likes It by Tracie Laymon. If you have the chance to see it, DO NOT miss it. It’s a film of pain, laughter, and healing, and it invites you to heal with it.
Some goob (me) wearing a black, shortsleeve, unbuttoned button-up with white flowers on it. They’ve got a burnt-orange and black rob underneath the unbuttoned button-up, and a black, crossbody bag. Wearing 7 rings, only 3 visible. They’ve got glasses on and are smirking cause their pictures look weird if they smile too big. Not bad, just weird. And….yea that’s it.
