The rich people who control everything aren't special. They're not smart, not even smarter than your average college student. They got to their position through family, ruthless exploitation of labor, and government largesse. You could replace them with a turnip and their companies would be fine.

I do wonder, if Trump literally just transferred money out of the Treasury into an account he controlled, just straight up stole money from taxpayers... How many Republicans would defend it? 60%, I'm guessing.

Hmm, what if they spend that money on things other than healthcare? Seems safer to just have the government pay the healthcare providers directly. You could have just a single payer, save a lot of paperwork.
