It's still a dream of mine to one day hike from the North Rim to the South Rim.

Absolutely agree! The views from the North Rim are so different compared to the South Rim -- just as stunning but in their own unique way. I love how peaceful it is, though the remoteness and extra effort to visit definitely make it a special trip.
