I can tell you from experience that the better softer beans will be name brand. I like Bush’s texture a lot. Whatever you do, don’t buy Aldi beans. They are tough and undercooked. Your you’re trying to avoid mealy, I would not bother with chickpeas.

Cannellini beans are a good choice! They are soft and creamy.

Is it the actual shipment? Bc I got an email last week saying I would get an email with tracking info but they weren’t actually shipping yet. Taran still had to sign 4000 books. I will be so psyched if it’s the actual shipment!!
