Ice's purpose is to be a part of me: sometimes a reflection of who I am, sometimes a better version of myself I aspire to be. It can be disheartening to run into so many hardships, but I would rather keep on being myself than take the easy route just so I may fit in: I hope others notice the effort.

I've met some peeps who have come to like Ice the way he is, even admitting they never really thought much of the species until I came along: also had some unpleasant exchanges with people saying mind control is part of the species' name, and that Ice shouldn't exist if he won't fulfill his purpose.

Most art of them involves said kink, perpetuating their unfavorable public conception, as well as their depiction from creepypastas and urban legends, and obviously, I can't really expect that to magically change: nevertheless, it would be nice if, little by little, people were a bit more accepting.
