I had a solid 3-4 years of being a Walkure main and I still am fond of them and their music (and being able to be contemporaneous with them), but more and more I realize that Sheryl and Ranka are home.

Writing this post, thinking of Saekano (again), and realizing that in Bless World all things are either Shakugan no Shana, Glasslip, or Saekano. And then there are things that are Macross.
As maligned as the managerial class is (often for good reasons), the positive impact that a competent and skilled managers, project or otherwise, can make is probably deeply underappreciated, perhaps even more so in enthusiast fields due to how unromantic it is.

I played a lot of Pokemon ZA and Wuthering Waves today and it once again occurs to me that the urge to collect cute/cool Pokemon and the urge to collect cute/cool gacha characters is basically the same thing.

Talk of Berseria has made me realize that I might have something of a habitual like for conflicted religious characters affiliated with monolithic institution (Eleanor, Phoebe from Wuthering Waves, some other recent character I can't remember).

20 hours into Pokémon ZA and I've just met Canari (intentionally brought my overpowered Altaria to the superfan fight just to stunt on him) and am largely having a delightful time.
I liked Arceus but to me ZA is a big improvement on the formula. Switch 2 performance a big part of that as well.
