The nice part of commuting to university by local train (in Germany) is: you have enough time to think about your research, the next steps within a project, and how you can tackle existing challenges.
And all of that, because coverage is so unreliable that you are not even distracted by Emails!

10X Genomics just made the source for CellRanger available (but not open source); github.com/10XGenomics/...! While I strongly advocate for using truly open tools for sc preprocessing e.g. github.com/COMBINE-lab/..., this is still a huge win for computational transparency in single cell analysis! 🖥️🧬

10X Genomics just made the source for CellRanger available (but not open source); github.com/10XGenomics/...!
