The Great North Road: a manuscript that R. L. Stevenson left unfinished has been completed by the novelist Stuart Campbell and will be published by Rymour Books on 13 November. Events in Blackwell’s bookshop, Edinburgh (7pm, 12 November) and Hillhead Public Library, Glasgow (2pm, 22 November).
