@maiasz.bsky.social have you written about “dopamine addiction”? Had a conversation recently where someone used the concept to describe their general lack of energy and focus and it got me thinking. I’m quite skeptical of the concept, but curious if it’s something you’ve covered?

Kinda sad it’s worthy of an entire article, but kudos to these Belgian folks for at least talking about it. Most everywhere, drug use is the rule, not the exception…
