Tuning into City Council just now and Councillor Wyatt is really wound up and on a tear! Several councillors, the chair and the Mayor calling him out for talking way off topic to the motion at hand. Things are getting spicy!! I gotta make some T shirts!

If you're kept up tonight by people ripping up and down Portage Ave in to the wee hours, ask your NDP MLA what's the delay in updating the Highway traffic Act to allow the city of #Winnipeg to use Noise monitoring in enforcement. They were all for it when they were in opposition. #mbpoli
