Taxes would be lower if these same people would quit buying up all of the real estate and overcharging for it while enabling the onslaught of generic suburban chain stores like Target, 7-Eleven and Panda Express.

It's very old school perception, like when Archie and Edith Bunker were on TV they were supposedly in their 40's, but they looked 60 by today's standards.

It's true. Anger, fear and rage generate dopamine, and it's addictive. Eventually, people prefer dopamine hits to truth, and they stay po'd all the time to get their fix.

NYC DJ's tend to cross paths many famous people, but if you talk about it, you're a snob. I always tell people that it's just a byproduct of my career choice. That helps sometimes.
