Taxes would be lower if these same people would quit buying up all of the real estate and overcharging for it while enabling the onslaught of generic suburban chain stores like Target, 7-Eleven and Panda Express.

It's true. Anger, fear and rage generate dopamine, and it's addictive. Eventually, people prefer dopamine hits to truth, and they stay po'd all the time to get their fix.
