Creative service professionals like myself (fashion photographer) really need FOM as well as a Customs Union.

I used to export services to the EU, shooting multiple 1 day gigs in Paris, Milan or Madrid each year.

Now customs carnets and visa rules make it impossible.

So I stay at home instead.

I just bought a 3000w generator from le clerc brico,
As always it depends on what you want to spend,me been a tight Yorkshire man went for the cheapest 😂
If I bought another I would spend a bit more and get one with push button starting.

Or just a coffee 😁

That sounds like a plan, we often call for lunch at the bistro in Meymac if ever you want to join us.

It's the best thing we bought, I plug it into a socket and turn off the main incoming switch, it runs all the essentials fridge, freezer, lights, TV etc

It would be great to get together sometime.
I'll be on the control at the Millevache hivernale in December,if you're passing.❄️❄️🥶🥶

Our electricity was off all day,but we are used to losing power in the winter, so we have a generator that runs all the essentials.
We also have solar panels and batteries, unfortunately the batteries were full but wouldn't discharge because the internet was down ☹️
But I'll be ready for next time.

Lots of damage to the trees and the electricity cables, but as usual enerdis had it all sorted in the day

This is definitely real...

When Neapolitan pizza came onto the scene in the 1700s, it was only natural to include preserved fish in the process. Since anchovies were plentiful, affordable, shelf stable – and delicious! – they became a ubiquitous pizza topping in Naples.

Just had this on my trip to Napoli, made by a little old man in the backstreets...... just saying.
