Others have suggested pubs but they’re declining in popularity these days. They’re still great (when done well) but will they survive?
I would say tho - beer. I’ve not found anywhere that does beer as well as us.
And Music. Only the US rivals us for popular music.

I’m a heathen and use a food processor to mix the flour & butter coz I can’t be arsed with the rubbing. And I use self raising flour not plain - the acidity of the bicarb gives it a nice edge to the sweetness (this was my mum’s tip). And I don’t use oats - again coz my mum didn’t.
