It's back up and running. I let the nozzle heat to 320 and held a hair dryer on it until it loosened enough for me to pull it off. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Finally got my frag viper that I pre-ordered the day it went live. Hey #hasbro the point of preordering is to get it at my house the day it releases, never making that mistake again. I could have ordered it from Amazon on launch day and gotten it sooner.
