Got 200 pounds of farm fresh, organic beef today. Cheaper than the grocery store. Raised in a pasture instead of a commercial barn. Packaged in paper instead of plastic. Travelled a grand total of 30 miles from the farm, to the butcher, to my freezer.
Glad I bit the bullet and bought a deep freeze.

I absolutely love my anti anxiety medication.
But I'm not sure there's enough Lexapro in the world to counteract the panic I feel when a stranger comes up and starts talking in a way that shows they know exactly who I am.

I bought a giant package of Ferrero Rocher on clearance after Christmas.
Once a week I grab one out of the package, sit on the stool in my kitchen, and disassociate from the world for 2-3 minutes while I savor it.
It's the best.

13 years ago I did CPR on a coworker that had a massive heart attack.
Not gonna lie, it messed me up for awhile.
However, I was comforted knowing that had I not done CPR, he wouldn't have lived long enough for his family to say goodbye.
Do yourself and everyone around you a favor and learn CPR.
