A few days ago, I had the distinct honor of completing a nine-month initiative dedicated to health equity. This initiative has exposed me to a wealth of expertise, insightful perspectives, and valuable networking opportunities that have further solidified my commitment to this journey.

I had the privilege of mentoring two young scholars who embarked on two incredible projects related to media studies and health communication focused on chronic illnesses. These projects laid a strong foundation for their future endeavors.
