Are you neurodivergent by chance? I had this many times throughout my life and it didn't make sense until I was diagnosed with autism later 🤷

Oh and for the record I did cancel the twit premium (that I had been initially using for extra reach in sharing knowledge) ages ago but it won't let me un-show the bluetick from the profile - hopefully goes when the next payment cycle starts

I'm trying! I posted recently on that about masking and was drowned in a pile of steaming replies - that was the end of Twitter for me. Have been trying to go here by default now.

I have this problem too - often don't know that the sensation is thirst/dehydration but yeah bit grumpy and then suddenly drink a whole litre in one go
