Markdown. I pulled the other stuff out. I also aggregated a bunch of posts from other places here so took some fine tuning.

I use GH Actions that builds a static version and deploys to GH Pages. Images and some changes to urls took jumping through some hoops that I don’t love.

Some minor tweaks, etc but it was a quicker path to something that looks super nice.

You should see how many slides @julianwood.com comes in with. Last year, I think he hit almost 3 per minute for one talk. Curious how you did this … I’ll run one of my talks through.
