The Times had to appoint counsel and attend a hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court to secure its release. That is not an expense all publishers can afford.

Got to laugh. I have seen 2 or 3 polls which suggest - the public is pretty much in full agreement with the gov over I/T on farming estates over - what is it, 1 or 2 million?
We've all had to pay in for yonks.
