Completely right, but I think understanding it’s important too. Everyone makes mistakes and humanity and understanding works both ways. I’ve slipped up a couple of times. Horrified and thrilled to be put right kindly

Yes… in 1974 we’d won exactly the same number of trophies. Since then there has been a noted lack of socialism in the allocation of success from our Scouse mates! It will be a great day out and we have a punchers chance!

The fundamental problem with xG is that you get a tiny amount for a 30 yard shot over the bar. Yes, it’s possible to score from it but if you do it over 20 times to get to 1.5 you haven’t created or played well. You’ve been policed by a better midfield.

I’ve started where I came in which was Summerslam 1991. I stopped watching around the time ultimate warrior finished. Looking forward to finding out what’s happened!

It was a very harsh sending off for me, and the appeal should have been successful but I actually agree with this charge. Keep control of yourself or face consequences. Misfortune will happen.

It was baffling, I just can’t believe he meant it but it looked so odd. Taylor is an awful official, the constant nit picking and outright wrong decisions impacted both sides. He’s my least favourite referee who spoils games.

In the second half against West Ham we made nothing though. I agree with you in a way, had the marginal offside in the first five minutes gone our way we’d have won 5-0, but it looked very lethargic and they deserved to win.

Agree completely, we were dreadful. Atmosphere seemed very nervous too, I haven’t seen Selhurst Park that quiet before. Had it been two or three to Palace we’d have had no complaints
