No live racing or highlights, TNT want you pay £31 to see that. It will mostly be Adam and Orla banging endlessly on about their prediction league picks, talking over each other and giggling at their classic bantz. It’s a no from me.

You look at that poster and it seems for all the world as if the original four are doing a proper Final Show. Not some weird tribute night where Ozzy gets wheeled on to sing the odd chorus. People have been scammed out of £100s.

I’m the same. My favourite sport but jumping from £6.99 to £30.99 a month is *so* tone deaf after a cost of living crisis - it’s simply not affordable for most. A massive disappointment and shame on Orla and Rob for trying to justify the price increase in the TNT press release. Unsubscribe.

A year ago it was costing me £40 a year to watch cycling on Eurosport. Last year it was £6.99 a month. Now it’s leaping up to £30.99 monthly? Forget it. So out of touch when everyone is feeling the pinch. Unsubscribe.

Excellent, that echoes what the Talksport commentators were saying. Just need to stop the sloppy mistakes at the back. We’re scoring plenty but need to improve the conversion rate. What’s the first priority for the new manager?

Would do it all over again at CCFC. No mention of Adi or Doug. The players have all been in touch with him privately. He’ll be back in management and is keeping an open mind over his next move. “This has lit a fire under me”. 🔥

Indeed - we stay in Aberystwyth (a 30 minute beautiful drive to the south) and head over each day after breakfast and a stroll on the beach. There’s train connections too. Lots more hotels and B&Bs there than tiny Mach. Not brave enough to camp at the festival site at that time of year either!

Oh yes, there’s definitely a market for the big tv comedians to earn top dollar. Very much in danger of being a comedy snob here but arenas with punters who have just seen someone in a sitcom or on a panel show once isn’t for me. WIP gigs are always great fun though. The wonky bits are the best bits

Have seen 100s of comedy gigs over the years and it always amazed me how reasonable prices were compared to other forms of live entertainment. So, having got used to that, around £20 seems usual and accepted. But it’s probably under-selling yourself.

Designing stages for road cycling’s three Grand Tours, travelling around the most beautiful parts of France, Italy and Spain. Stunning scenery, mountains, great food and 5* hotels on expenses whilst devising fiendish challenges for the world’s greatest athletes.
