I finally got around to cleaning up my bookcase. It's a nice feeling.

Tried having Publix sushi for dinner and ultimately regretting it. =~= I'll probably just end up with popcorn and a protein shake to even things out.

Trying to increase my protein intake is genuinely more difficult than I'd like it to be. It's either expensive for the protein snacks I usually eat to maintain on days off. If I prepare anything, it's usually tuna, eggs, or with chicken and ground turkey.

Quest chips have become my kryptonite.
