Grinding through another bench press with rotator cuff injury. Oy these numbers are sad. Classic chicken soup (with soft-ish boiled egg and ramen and fish sauce and chilli crisp) helps.

Just doing the work. Getting back to squats after injury. Well, I guess it’s during injury but I wasn’t getting better not doing squats and mentally feeling better from doing them. So I got over 50lbs with the dumbbell. If my rotator cuff improves, I’ll go back to the bar.

Today. Reinjured shoulder. Very hungry. Always very hungry. Wrists too pain to hit the 40kb today. I also do steps and hot yoga.

Deadlifts and donuts. Couldn’t lift enough. Had 2 mini donuts. some one had made homemade donuts that were still warm. Later i shared it with my family. It was very delicious. I’ve been weighing my food for 5 m and tracking cals for about 6 m. Lost about 15lbs. Not great.

Stayed at 50% bench weight due to injury. Shoulder not improving. I’m probably dying. Although I’m hoping it was just a fat person doing bench dips. But you know, you hear things and the internet is a mean beastie.

I mean, I’m just recording my workouts. It’s super boring. I won’t show myself because I work out consistently (for years and years) but I’m fat so you’ll never see me.
