~8km scull in my single. Got in and out on my own & carried the boat, which is a step forward (pun intended). Still not fast, as I cannot compress my bad knee fully at front stops yet, but much improved compared to April!

An ironic post, I do realise, but isn’t it intuitively the best way for sports stars/celebrities to remain unaffected by trolling on social media is to stay off social media?
Are they actually instructed by sponsors or agents to try and broaden their reach on SM or something?🤷♀️
