Putin: ‘Russia is ready to keep fighting until the last Ukrainian dies.’

Western politicians & press: ‘Peace talks have stalled…’

Russia has zero interest in peace. Calling Kremlin demands for Ukrainian surrender ‘peace talks’ is just another way of spreading their propaganda.

They were indeed very useful. They kept the Tomahawks taco-ed & our assets haven't been given to Ukraine.
⚡️ Update: Witkoff, Putin talks on ending Russia’s war in Ukraine were 'very useful,' Kremlin says.

Russian negotiator Kirill Dmitriev described the talks as “productive.” Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov added that the meeting was “very useful, constructive, & highly substantive,” but no deal was reached.
High-stakes talks between US envoy Witkoff and Putin on ending Russia's war in Ukraine have concluded
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Witkoff will present Putin with the latest version of the U.S.-Ukraine framework drafted during recent rounds of talks in Geneva and Florida.

Trump laid the blame on Hegseth, and now Hegseth is laying the blame on Bradley. Is Bradley going to lay the blame on the 20-year-old naval man they ordered to fire the missile next? What a bunch of spineless little shits.

Europe needs to stop expecting anything from Trump and start taking action.

We must provide Ukraine with Russia’s frozen assets now!

Hello again - it's Tuesday's daily thread for Day 1378 of the full Russian invasion.

It's the day Russia will again pretend it wants peace as a woefully underqualified and historically ignorant US "envoy" meets Putin again.

No. of times Witkoff has been to:
Moscow: 6
Kyiv: 0

Security guarantees that will work to end Russia's war:

–bringing Ukraine into NATO as a full and equal member
–restoring Ukraine as a nuclear-armed power

Every other "security guarantee" is as worthless as the Budapest Memorandum. Russia's war against the West will be endless.

Energy transitions can happen faster than we think:

In 2000 almost 90% of Denmark's electricity was from fossil fuels.

Why Europe has to act fast:
1. The more funding Europe gives Ukraine, the earlier the war can end with a Ukrainian victory.
2. Faster funding means less total cost.
3. It also means far less Ukrainian losses.
4. Which also cuts the reconstruction costs.
5. & safeguards democracy.

Europe needs to change its attitude. We need to be willing to run greater risks. Moscow will only be deterred if it fears escalation.

Here's some good news for those who still believe in Russian nuclear threats: Russia's failed test launch of its RS-28 Sarmat ICBM, captured by locals with the signature civilized Russian audio commentary, is a reminder that maintaining a nuclear arsenal is costly and that Russia is short on funds.
