Some will take this comparison the wrong way but for a moment on 9/11 I was afraid. What was next? Who was in control? Am I safe? Are my friends and family safe? Where does our country go from here? Nothing more can go wr….shit another one! I have that feeling today.

This time is worse. 8 years ago we could only speculate how bad it would be. This time we know how bad it will be. We are speculating how much worse it will be.

It’s not even Day 1 and it’s already a shitshow.

HOU @ KC - 22 degrees and wind chill of 5. LAR @PHI - 32 degrees and a wind chill of 18 with snow. BAL @ BUF - 18 degrees with a wind chill of 9 and snow. It’s not because of the cold in DC. We know the reason. We’ve seen this act before. It’s the lack of expected crowd size.

150,000+ NFL fans are braving outdoor conditions this weekend similar or worse than what is forecasted in DC on Monday. We know Trump doesn’t care about his followers. He knows he will get an even more embarrassing turnout than expected if outdoors. We’ve seen this tired act before.

X users keep mentioning about this mysterious fog. I come over here and it’s just various NWS accounts posting about actual morning fog. It’s going to be a long four years.

I know many keep saying to fight and never give up but am I the only one who at this point just wants to say “F it…whatever is about to happen will happen and I can’t do a damn thing about it?” it sure feels like there is not a damn thing I can do so just prepare and hope for the best.
