Its absolutely crazy now that you can meet up with someone, say “what if there was an app that did this?” And code it up in an evening together with AI

Validated an idea the wrong way recently.

Built something I thought was useful, helped a friend troubleshoot it, got it working… and he casually said, "Oh, I can already do that another way."

Next time, I’m asking up front: "How are you solving this problem now?" before building anything.
