Second round of Swedish limpa
Swedish Limpa. Definitely over hydrated and probably over proved the dough. So the structure isn't great, but the flavor is fantastic.

In light of recent events, it's time to pull this out again. I'm sure there are folks who will be tut-tutting others for the gallows humor about a CEO of a health insurance company getting zeroed today.
