Does this final paragraph mean that we should deport random US people to a third country (Libya maybe?) because one of their people did something bad to a UK citizen? US seems keen for us to play by their rules, after all

Does this final paragraph mean that we should deport random US people to a third country (Libya maybe?) because one of their people did something bad to a UK citizen? US seems keen for us to play by their rules, after all

If we have the best buses in England then there must be some absolutely atrocious offerings out there. Sorry about everyone's terrible bus services, but you can take cold comfort in knowing ours aren't really all that great either.
