you can always give up on them if they don't work. i got a lot out of reading just the anecdotes from other people even more than reading all the like fancy brainy stuff

i read a couple and they were hard reads but i feel like it did help me make more logical sense of my parents and be more forgiving

i always think of them as intertwined too!! that's so sweet.
