I hated the tires I had on my bike for over a year, but I finally burnt through them enough to justify getting some new ones. Really liking the Panaracer X1 I just put on, so went for some exploring. There's a perfectly good bike path on the other side of the tracks, but that's no fun.

These flattened boxes were a bit bigger than I expected. Had just a moment of panic. Disaster averted, using the inner tubes I leave on my bike "just in case". #cargobike #bikesky #omniumcargo

Had to get outside after being cooped up from the storms the last couple days. The deer trails looked dry. They weren't. Quick 15-miler.

An after work loop, tonight. I like to take the gravel trails for the first part, during rush hour. But when traffic dies down, I'll take the roads back. Stopped for a sandwich for dinner, since I had a coupon.

Are #cargobike catching on here in the South #Austin burbs? I sure hope so! Brings a smile to my face every time I see bikes at the rack, and even more so when it's got buckets on it.

The worst of the cold is done with for a bit, so it's back to Costco on the cargo bike to re-stock. Evenings are the best time to go to my local Costco!
