It can be exciting living directly on the San Andreas Fault; we just felt a long, rumbling 3.2 magnitude earthquake that was centered just a mile or two from our house! No damage, but we all (pets included) were looking around to make sure all was OK.

Another busy day at Disney parks with over 30,000 steps on the Fitbit. The morning was in California Adventure, with rides on Ariel, Monsters Inc., Radiator Springs, Guardians of the Galaxy, Web Slingers, Midway Mania, Incredicoaster, and Soarin'. Then across to the other park for the afternoon.

While I appreciated the Dodgers making sure that last night's game went long enough for me to see a lot of it after finishing up my day at Disneyland, I want them to know I'm fine if they decide to win it in a normal number of innings tonight.

It was a heck of a day at Disneyland -- We rode Haunted Mansion 2x, Rise of the Resistance, Smugglers Run 3x, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Small World, Jungle Cruise 2x, Pirates of the Caribbean, Astro Blasters 2x, Space Mountain, Tiki Room, the train, & saw the new Walt Disney animatronic.

With Gwen at Lightbox Expo today, I had no formal plans, and thus a down day to relax and wander around lovely Pasadena. While walking around, it dawned on me that this is the first time that I have set foot on Colorado Boulevard since January 1st, 1989.

I was today years old when I learned that I could still access the internet via AOL dialup. I would have guessed that had already been discontinued a decade or two ago.

Gwen & I went to an early showing of The Naked Gun tonight. I was trepidatious going in, but it delivered on the funny! Certainly a worthy addition to the franchise -- it had some good-stupid jokes, some silly-smart bits, fun running gags, & a few true laugh-out-loud moments. Thumbs up from us!

Made it to Chicago, and United automatically rebooked me on to a flight on to SFO that will only be a few hours later than expected. I got a middle seat, but it is in an exit row. Sadly, no time to grab food between flights, though.

Whee! My flight to Chicago was delayed in the air due to weather, and then diverted to Dayton for refueling when the tanks got low.
It's an hour until my connecting flight leaves Chicago, and we haven't left our interim stop yet. I'm gonna go out on a limb & predict I won't make my next flight. 😕
