Really a feat for two terrible and atrocious adaptations of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein came out in the same year with both poorly attempting to modernize it and it just doesn’t do it. Not even the seasoned director of Candyman could do it at least for myself maybe for others….

From an in-universe perspective he had some really legitimate valid concerns.
We as viewers ❗️KNOW THE ENDING ❗️so it’s easy for ppl to judge him and say “oh I would have done different” but the man was TRYING, and didn’t deserve his fate !
