Yesterday, on #WorldCancerDay, we celebrated the 45th anniversary of the Terry Fox Marathon of Hope with the premiere of a short film featuring an adaptation of our song ‘Courage (for Hugh MacLennan)’.

On my profile there’s a still of the man with the shopping bags halting a line of tanks in Tiananmen Sq because on 4/6/89 I smuggled the video out of the Beijing Hotel & lay for 30 mins in the gutter in Changan Ave with bullets flying round me before we sent them off to be broadcast round the world.
