I’m diving into this now. You should too.
Introducing… The Weirdness.

A new sporadic series presented by yours truly with a focus on experimental, avant garde, and left of field music. From the visionary days of musique concrète and early electronics to contemporary artists.

Release the Epstein files now. Trump will forever go down in history as a pedophile a rapist and a felon so just do it! Get it over with so this country can heal. Y’all are just prolonging the inevitable. 😡

Thanks for all the support yesterday! We still have a few of the fantastic new print sets available, as well as the 20% of vinyl, for a few more days.

Over at @meansmagazine.bsky.social we almost broke even on release day, which is fantastic - still plenty more copies left so do check it out!

I have an exclusive track on @trevlad.bsky.social’s latest compilation - so for all* you gribbles completists out there you might like to pop over & do the necessary.

The Brucie bonus is there are 23 other great tracks from other indie electronic artists as well. 👍🥳

Dip yer bread.

Wes Streeting then tried a different attack.

And the Evening Standard write yet another attack piece because I dare to say we need to tax the rich.

Ah, I seem to have bought quite a lot of other people's music today so I'm hoping to sell a couple of mine to make some back. Thanks for listening xx
The economics of self-releasing music as physical media, a thread.
My first self-released CD is SEA OTTERS by The Bionics, an album of Not-Quite-Techno made in a very analogue way, and on our Bandcamp page along with 17 back catalogue treats.

If you’re broke let me know and I’ll DM you a Yum.
If I do say so myself, my live sets for Whitby and Liverpool are proper good. And a lot of this is down to having Trev as a partner in crime on two tracks.
I wasn't there, yet there I am.
Thanks @horrordwarf.bsky.social for being so unfathomably great.

Heather & Hearth by Phantom Spell has snuck into my albums of the year. Incredibly well-crafted heavy prog, takes me right back to arguments over the 6th form record player in 1981. Old Pendle is straight up folk rock, which should always be encouraged.

Can’t get enough of this woman and her band.

Her energy was scintillating.

Not many albums are as complete as Germ Free Adolescents imo and this version of Let’s Submerge hits the spot every time.
