The first of the hellebores are turning up which is lovely. I’m not a huge fan of December, working in a school Christmas is all done and dusted when the students leave by the middle of the month. #GardensHours

A lot of weeding this week but found time to divide up a large drift of Hosta and even get a few daffodils planted. I quite like autumn, you get to tweek what did quite work the previous year. #SevenOnSunday

We got off lightly, just this one, whole but tree had to go. We are working through the high priory list from the tree surveyor, going to lose some notable trees due to damage and rot. 😥
