Oh the places we went ...

This conversation was so deep, and so wide, and I have an ocean of respect for these two women. Their questions were *chef's kiss* glorious.

I wish the companies behind all my office and productivity software would stop auto-enabling new AI features. I have spent the last 10 years streamlining my writing and consulting processes -- and these "features" make my tools heavy, clunky and slow. If I want AI, I'll enable it, thankyouverymuch!

A friend forwarded me an article about a science journal whose editorial dept walked out in protest last week. All I could think was how brave they were to stand up for themselves and their desire to take pride in the work they produced. Taking pride in your work isn't a luxury. It's a human need.

✅ SaaS companies need to prove they understand specific industries.

✅ AI companies need to make complex technology feel practical.

✅ Blockchain companies need to make new concepts understandable.

I'm busting a myth. *You don't need a huge team to market to an enterprise audience.*

Yes, enterprise is big. That doesn't mean you need a massive team to market to them.
