Conservatives claim that structural racism does not exist while simultaneously creating innovative new forms of structural racism like banning discussions of the concept.

“The policy defines race ideology as, among other things, ‘a concept that attempts to shame a particular race or ethnicity.’”

These GOP-led efforts will ruin their states’ public universities. Sad!

drone shots look like shit. so does 4k/120hz video. a shaky, brief helicopter shot in an old movie or tv show still looks cool. the human brain does not like the crispness or smoothness of computers and robots. my guess is that we evolved this instinct during the Computer War of 25,000 BCE

Further proof if you need it that while the leadership circle of this government love to roll out rhetoric about hard choices, they don’t actually have the gumption for action.

A close friend used to grow weed in the bathroom. His cat used to sneak in when people fight to close the door, and chew on the leaves like catnip! 📌

I just walked out of federal court where I pleaded NOT GUILTY to the charges against me.

I will continue to stand up to authoritarianism and call this out for what it is: a political prosecution.

The true spirit of the underrated film The Postman (1997) that I expect would get much better reception now than it did in more optimistic times.

(As explained to me by a middle manager of the Austrian Post who got into trouble for asking how a stupid ass decision that he witnessed being made benefits the people receiving mail/packages.)
