4/5 Also, her issues would have caused pain every time she opened the mouth for the bit when bridling, caused contact to be painful, and any lateral flexion asked with the bit would cause pain cause the bit moves the jaw one way during flexion. So that’s fun. Overall so glad shes getting sorted now!

3/5 “Checked teeth” by feeling in her mouth a month ago. (Which I now know is BS cause they can’t feel all the teeth anyway or check imbalances). I’m so angry that she’s been dealing with this for so long. It’s so scary that I would never have known otherwise.

2/5 So she will have floats every 6 months for awhile to fully correct it over time. She also had large and sharp hooks that caused sores in her mouth that luckily will heal on their own. I’m pissed cause my old vet never corrected or mentioned this at floats, and didn’t even notice when he-

Gosh I would love to get into horse sitting. But I feel I would accidentally stumble into some serious management issues that I am way to passionate about with horses😅

Yeah I think the main major risk that I heard of was botulism😅 I also haven’t had much of a desire to do it, but now I definitely have no desire to haha

I’ve honestly heard some very negative things on the safety of water glassing from some scientists that make online content disputing certain things. It scares me now lol

I’ve also heard of people freeze drying and then rehydrating when needed! Freezing seems like a great idea too!

Hopefully if she does have any clinical change with the meds we can switch to something else that doesn’t require an oral syringe and fasting so she won’t hate everyone anymore
